Map without list view of entries?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I try to set up a map with about 300 filterable address entries - but they should be ONLY displayed on the map, not as an additional list. Following the lessons here the source of the addresses (custom post type) is set to "View", so the map doesn't work without the view. is there another possibility?

Hello again,

You're correct, according to our doc related (https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1622939-1620853/), we have these sources options:

- Address
- GPS Coordinates
- Dynamic source
- View block

And the one that would most suit your requirements is the 'View' block, as you already checked it. You can add the View just to use it in the Maps block, but not necessarily make the View as a list.
