I have a map that's populated using a content template which shows markers of search results.

The map loads properly on public Google Chrome, but when opened in Google Chrome incognito mode, the map isn't loading as needed. The same issue is occurring with public and incognito mode on Firefox and Safari.

The site is live right now so you can view it from the multiple browsers and see the issue yourself.

Thanks in advance.

When I visit the site I see no map, on any of the pages.

The fact that you don't see it in incognito mode presumably reflects the fact that you are not logged-in in that case, i.e. it is not the incognito mode that is relevant here, it is whether you are logged in or not.

Can you give more details about how specifically you have added the map so that we can understand why?

Also, please share the debug info about your site: hidden link

Nigel,

So sorry I forgot to include the link to the map. The map is on the Properties Search Results Page: hidden link

You can use the Home page search by text filter and type in "austin" to also get to the map with results on the Search Results Page.

Hope this helps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for the link, i'm handling this ticket now.

I checked the link as well as went to the home page and typed in Austin but in both cases the map showed up fine.

It works in chrome incognito as well as firefox.

Can you record a short video of what happens on your end?

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks Shane,

I'm not sure why it's working now. Maybe I cleared the cache and it started displaying properly.. The issue was that the map was displaying below the search results in the left column and not the right, where it currently is.

Thanks for taking a look, I greatly appreciate it.

I do have another question. It's regarding the map loading at a super zoomed level when using the search box on the home page only. If you type in any search term such as "austin" or "europe" the zoom level of the marker is way too zoomed in. Is this something to do with single zoom or something?

Please let me know if I need to open a new ticket for this.

Thanks again.

Hi Jason,

Is this something to do with single zoom or something?

Yes this is because of the single zoom setting, you may have set the zoom level too high for a single marker.

Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane,

So, using the sidebar editor for the map, I've placed the zoom level to "5." The zoom level is adjusted whenever I'm using the search box on the actual search results page. However, when I use the search box on the home page, it still goes to a really high zoom level once it redirects to the search results page.

Attached is the zoom level you can see it's adjusting to once using the search box from the home page.

Thanks

Hi Jason,

I'm splitting this into a separate ticket so that we can handle it there.

You can go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved.

Thanks,
