Map don't load in addresses fields in backend with Enfold

This support ticket is created 6 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,
Enfold is causing a bug and the maps or geocoding don't load in backend for addresses custom fields.

Dear Roman,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins
2) you are following our document to setup the google map API key:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/display-on-google-maps/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/
3) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
4) check if there is any JS error occurs in your website.

Since there are other bugs with Enfold I'll use the Toolset Strater theme.

Have you tried to deactivate other plugins and switch to Toolset starter original theme?
Did you get any JS error logs?

If the problem persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
