[Resolved] Map does not display correctly

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's map isn't displaying correctly.

Solution:

In a case like this I would recommend that your re-create the map from the beginning by re-adding all the shortcode. This should resolve most cases.

I am trying to: view google map from the site pages

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a google map with all the markers

Instead, I got: what you see...

The maps were working when created. Now something happened. Are you aware of something different about Google maps integration in Toolset?

Hi Franco,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I see from the page that the shortcode isn't rendering at all. This could be because the maps plugin isn't enabled.

Would you mind allowing me to have access to the site so that I can take a look at this for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, the Map plugin is active and also the legacy Map checkbox is checked (see attached screenshot).
Unfortunately I cannot give you now accesso to the backend because the tech people are going to start a maintenance activity and they told me not to enter the backend until tomorrow evening.
If you find another possible reason for that issue please let me know.
Thanks.

Franco

Hi Franco,

It seems like we would need to wait until they are finished.

But this happened after updating correct?

If you try re-creating the setup does the same issue occur ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
