Hi, I have exactly the same Map View added to 2 different pages:

On the homepage, the AJAX functionality works, on the /all-principals/ page the AJAX does nothing. The search button works will provide results, but the reset button doesn't.

Any reason why this would happen? There are no console errors on either page.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From the initial testing, it seems some cache or security plugin could be interfering with the AJAX functionality.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this view and these pages are set up in the admin area.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I've performed some tests on my website, with a similar view, but couldn't reproduce this issue. This suggests that something specific to your website is involved.

I still see that a number of plugins on the website are not updated to their latest versions. Can you please follow steps 1 and 2 from my last message and let me know how it goes?

Please also check the server's error logs after turning on WordPress debugging to see if any errors or warnings are logged.

If all else fails, we'll need a clone/snapshot of the website, to investigate this on our test server.

I'm going to table this issue, because it is more trouble than it is worth trying to get this resolved.
