Hello,

I'm using Toolset plugins with Mailpoet 3 and need to give the Mailpoet administration (users + newsletters) to the user having the "shop manager" role in this site.

Normally, Mailpoet indicates that I need to use the "members" plugin for this, but I would avoid to an additional plugin as I already have the Toolset access" one.

Could you tell me how I can define this with your access plugin?

Regards
Pat

Hello, it depends on how these permissions are defined by Mailpoet. For example, if there is one specific capability to allow those permissions, like "allow_mailpoet_administration", you can turn on advanced mode in Toolset > Access Controls > Custom Roles. Then underneath the Shop Manager role, you can click "Change permissions". There is a popup with a "Custom Capabilities" tab. Click "New custom capability" and enter the correct capability name. The description is arbitrary.

However, I don't know if Mailpoet is set up this way. It may not rely on simple capabilities. It may rely on multiple capabilities, or multiple other criteria for determining administration access. You would have to consult their support staff to determine the correct capability names necessary for the administration you want to provide.
