Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to download the magazine reference site but can't find it. Has it been removed ? If so, is there any way to get access to it for learning purposes Thanks

Yes, the Magazine reference site was removed from reference sites.
I suggest you try to follow our document to setup your website:

And you can create new tickets if you need more assistances for it
