Tell us what you are trying to do?

I'm trying to customize my first archive page. The loop wizard is not loading and there's nowhere to access it.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I read your Customize Archives page but don't see anything about my issue

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

The page I'm ultimately trying to update is: hidden link

Can you show us some screenshots, or grant access to the backend and link to the archive you are trying to edit, so we can see what exactly the issue is?

It might be you see a white screen, that would be due usually to an error, either visible in the browser console or when enabling WP Debug (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).

Also, it could be a conflict with other plugins, I suggest hence to disable other plugins to check if the issue still happens.

I've enabled a private form, in the case with the above steps no further details appear pointing to the issue's cause.

Hi Riley,

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

When a WordPress Archive is created using the new blocks editor, several structural blocks are included in it by default.

Example screenshot: hidden link

But in the "Staff" WordPress Archive on your website, those blocks seem to have been removed or grouped together.

Screenshot: hidden link

To fix this, I'll recommend the following steps:

1. Please unassign this WordPress Archive from everything using the "Change usage" link at WP Admin -> Toolset -> WordPress Archives and then delete it.
( screenshot: hidden link )

2. Create a new WordPress Archive for the Staff post type archive, making sure that the structural blocks are not changed.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar
