logo upload not working

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Well - it looks like there is issue with forum's private reply - how you are sharing the duplicator files?

Could you please upload duplicator files to some file sharing service and send me just links to download it as I do not see the links to download with your reply.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Sorry for the unintentional delay as my queue was flooded with so many tickets.

Well - I just checked by installing the duplicator on my localhost and once I change the theme to default theme 2017 - the CRED from just works fine with logo upload. So it looks like the issue is from your theme.
