login to discover-wp

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
to login to https://discover-wp.com/ with my login/pwd used for toolset account.
But I get an error message > wrong pwd (I didn't try the forgot pwd link)
If I try to create a new user with my adress, I got => user already exist.

What is the correct way to login and create personal demo site?
