Thanks Jamal, I can create ONE Member Profile and it works well.
Now I have a "Author Profile" page with inside an Author Profile Template.

Now, I would like to open this page from another CPT posted from the Author.
I have a view as in the attachment with Author name.
How may I open "Author Profile" from a link (for example Author Name in the red box).
With a shortcode? May I insert in the view a link from CPT "MEMBER PROFILE"? ... Or what else?

Thanks, Marco.

I am really sorry Marco, but I am not sure to understand your question. Can you elaborate on it and add as many screenshots(including the URL) or URLs to help me understand. I'll comment on your below by asking questions:

Now I have a "Author Profile" page with inside an Author Profile Template.
What do you mean, the author from a WordPress perspective? Usually, its URL is hidden link.
Or is this a custom post type, usually? its URL is hidden link.
Is the "Author Profile Template" the theme's author.php file or a content template?

Now, I would like to open this page from another CPT posted from the Author.
Can you elaborate more? What CPT, can you share some URLs?

Can you give a detailed scenario:
- I have this post xxx from CPT XXX, URL is : xxxxx
- I have this user xxx, is the author of the posts (xxx, yyy, zzz).
- I have this page URL xxx.
- I want this link(screenshot) to point to this URL

Thanks Jamal I have resolved.
I create a Page with a View of only Member Profile Title link and I have inserted in another view.
Now in Author post there's Author Name Link and if a user click on it the custom Author profile can be seen.

Marco.
