Should Limit and Offset views affect anything outside of the <wpv-loop> tags?

I have View which returns results inside of <wpv-loop> tags and also has several Custom Fields which display data from the page the view is on. When I set the Limit to "Display 1 Item", it affects fields outside of the loop such as [types termmeta='customterm1'][/types].

How can I set a View up so when I change the Limit to 1, Custom Fields outside of the loop and the query are unaffected?

Hi Ben,

Thanks for asking! I'd be happy to help.

I wasn't able to reproduce this behavior on my test website.

Can you please share temporary admin login details for a website, where the issue can be seen?

This will help in further troubleshooting and suggesting the best way forward.

I've set your next reply as private so that only you and support team will have access to it.

Important note: Please make a complete backup copy of your website, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hello Waqar. Thank you for your response.

I haven't be able to reproduce this behaviour on my side again now. So I have no idea what was causing or, or how I managed it. Maybe I was just imagining it and I was too tired!! If I managed to encounter it again I will open a new ticket.

Thank you kindly for your help anyway.
