Hi there,
Thank you. We already reported this to the development team and if there is a need for the Brizy plugin developers help we will ask for. But for now I do not have ant other updates.
You can simply use the link in the previous reply to access the Sandbox every other day to avoid removing the website.
Each time there is a login via the link of the previous reply the one week threshold will reset.
Thanks.
The developers of Brizy have asked me if there would be a way to contact you, as they have specific technical questions for them that are necessary to maintain compatibility between the two plugins.
How could this be done?
Thank you for your cooperation.
Hi there,
I talked with the development team, and at this point of time there is no help needed from the developer's side of the Brizy plugin.
We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.
Thanks.

Hi, any news on this matter?
I would appreciate if I could finally update my Brizy plugins.
Thanks. Best
Hi there,
I checked the issue tracker and there is no update yet. That might take time. I need to make sure we are on the same page.
We will inform you if we have an update.
Thanks.
Hello, it has been more than a month since our last communication.
I am checking in to see if there have been any developments regarding this matter.
We continue to use an older version of Brizy due to the issue with Toolset.
Please keep me informed of any progress.
Thank you.
Hi there,
I checked the report and there is no update that I can share.
If there is one, I'd be happy to share with you.
Thank you.
... and another month has gone by.
If you wait a little longer, all Toolset users will retire or die, so it will no longer be necessary to fix this bug....
Hi there,
I understand the frustration and I wish I could give you a solution right away if there was one.
For now, I can update you with two points:
1- The matter is on a high-priority list by our developers.
2- We are also in contact with Brizy developers to speed up the process.
I will surely reply back here if we have a solution.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
