Hi, after the last WP update to 6.4.1 I get a white page when activating Toolset Views 3.6.8 .
Seems to be a sudden incompatibility with the builder Brizy.
Already wrote their support. I will keep you updated.
I have setup a staging site for you to experiment.

Only Brizy and Toolset are activated.
If both plugins “Toolset View” and “Brizy” are activated you will get a white screen on the front page
Hi there,
Please consider that we do not have any integration with the plugin in question. So if there is a compatibility issue you can ask the plugin developer to check the issue.
We can take a look into the issue but there is no guarantee for a fix.
For now I'd appreciate it if you enable WordPress debug mode, so instead of the white screen it shows what is the error:
Would you please access your website files and edit the "wp-config.php" file on the root folder of your WordPress installation and add the code below into the file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );
Please add the code above the line below:
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
After that, please share the error with us, and a copy of the website using the method below:
Hi there,
I spent some time on the website but could not find a clue why this might be happening. I'd appreciate it if you could only install the Brizy plugin on the website below which I created that had Toolset:

After that, please add a simple page with Brizy, and see if it works ok.
That way we will know if this is a code-level incompatibility with Toolset and Brizy or if something is happening only on your website.
Thanks.
Installed and have the same problem.
Simply deactivate Toolset Block and the site is working
Thank you, I reported this to the development team.
Just to make sure we are on the same page, we do not have any sort of integration with that plugin so there is no guarantee for a fix.
Thanks.
Well, I didn't set up the sandbox demo. You did.
I have only added the Brizy Free and Pro plugins.
In my sites I have noticed that the issue is related to Brizy pages where a Toolset Views shortcode is inserted (e.g., using Brizy's shortcode module).
The issue does not affect other pages on Gutenberg.
Meanwhile, I have notified the Brizy support team and the Brizy's user forum.
In both cases, they have confirmed the incompatibility between the two plugins.
Hi,
In the sandbox you imported whatever you have added on your website. That does not show what causes the issue
For example please check this page that I have created:

I used the shortcode block as you mentioned and added a view and it works ok.
You need to provide us what is actually cause the issue, you can test by removing the items from the page one by one to see which one is causing the issue.
The reason we asked you to replicate the issue on a sandbox is to create a scenario that can be tracked.
Thanks.
I have recorded a screencast while working with the page you have set up.

You are correct: when using the shortcode alone, it works. However, as soon as I insert a couple of Brizy's sections, the page turns white. Removing them brings back the Views result.
Thank you, I reported this to the dev team.
Thanks.
Hi,
This is the answer from thew Brizy support:
----------------
Hello, Amadeus
My name is Basharat, Brizy support team.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am really sorry, it looks like you have received my previous message. As per our development team, this issue is more complex, and we need the help of Toolset plugin developers in order to fix it.
One request from our end, would you please send us the login credentials of your toolset website so that we can get in touch with the toolset team for fixing the issue, your support will be highly appreciated.
--------------------
Would it be possible to give them access to your staging site so you can collaborate on debugging this?
Or please give me an alternative way to put you in touch with them.
Thanks.
Hi,
any news on this? I would really need a solution asap.
Thanks
Hi there,
I asked the second-tier support about this and I will inform you as soon as I have an answer.
The staging website is not available anymore because it was deleted after one week of inactivity.
But I created another staging website, the login is the link below (there is no login, it is just that link)

They can use that installation to have Toolset for further investigation and if needed, download the site on their machine.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have recreated the exact situation on the new staging site once again.
An issue arises when multiple Brizy blocks are used and Toolset Views or Blocks are activated, resulting in a blank page.
You can see the blank page here:

Kindly ensure that this staging site remains active for more than a week, as I would appreciate not having to redo it every week 😉
Thanks. Best.
