layouts are missing

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

It seems that the layout was totally lost on the production site. I don't think that the layout is empty because it is not assigned to posts.

What if you try to export it from the dev site and import it on the production site. Then, if it is not empty and still have the design inside of it, you can assign it to the posts instead of the old one. You can use the Toolset Module Manager for that.
