I am trying to: Edit a page using the Layouts front-end editing interface

I expected to see: An editor interface
Instead, I got: A bar at the top and the page displays, but there are no tools for editing...and looking at Chrome Dev Tools shows the following error:

This does not happen on my tests.

So this might be related to another Plugin or your Theme, or some Custom Code, or a specific Cell in the Layout that creates the conflict.
Can you show me how exactly I can replicate this problem?
