After the update to WP-Toolset Layout Version PlugIn v1.8.3 and WP-Toolset DIVI PlugIn v1.4 the complete the complete DIVI-Theme based WebUI is destroyed. The ROW is now complete not shown!!!

I expected to see:
in the not working WP-Installation the WP-Toolset Layout PlugIn v1.8.3 and WP-Toolset DIVI PlugIn v1.4 is installed.
Instead, I got:
in the working WP-Installation the WP-Toolset Layout PlugIn v1.7 and WP-Toolset DIVI PlugIn v1.3 is installed.
Conclusion:
The newest WP-PlugIn version Layouts & DIVI Integration are not working together with DIVI-Theme version 2.7.8 & version 2.7.10!
I have lost now more the a half day to find out this issue and my customer is very upset!!!
