I cannot access the Database with these credentials, as mentioned the Duplicator issue can be solved by zipping the FTP and Database export and send them to me through a Google or DropBox link.
If Duplicator does not work for you, it will also not work for me since it is likely due to the server restrictions on execution time, or similar.
the Database can be exported in most MySQL interfaces provided by hosts, as a ZIP file, and the FTP actually is enough if you provide me with the parts required or mention what I need to install locally (this includes 3rd party scripts like FlexSlider, hence a ZIP of the wp-content is the easiest to provide.)
Now, already confirmed this issue is not happening on a page (/test) if you are logged in and use the Layout for non-logged in users.
It's only happening when loading that Layout as a replacement for the Access Rules (no rights layouts).
This is shown on the page test, hidden link, where I apply the same Layout now.
As logged in user you will see the slider, as logged out user, not.
This is hence a permission issue, rather than a conflict between Layouts and the FlexSlider.
I tried to manipulate the Access settings for the post type but that has no effect since we load the posts in a View.
Online I will not be able to make many more tests, without damaging the site.
A local deployment will help to narrow down the last issue.

Beda - Updating:
What I did to resolve this was instead of putting the view of the slider inside the layout, I put it inside a CONTENT TEMPLATE and then I put THAT inside the layout.
That worked things out.
But this is certainly a bug in toolset layouts and needs to be fixed.

@idoa, I apologise for the delay, my weekend came in-between.
I understand you brought it to work as you want by putting the View into a CT (Content Template) and that to the Layout.
But, I previously had confirmed this issue is not happening on a page (/test) if you are logged in and use the Layout for non-logged in users applied to that page.
It's not an issue with the Layout, it is a permission issue.
And it surprises me that loading the View thru a CT in a Layout should change this as opposed to the View in the Layout directly.
Of course, this needs to be investigated, it's premature to close here.

I can help to grab a new copy, so I can replicate it locally, and report the issue or update you with the solution or reasons, but I'd need SFTP access and access to the MySQL Database.
