Hi,

I noticed that my users are no longer able to upload files after I did an update of the Toolset modules.

I replaced the whole plugins folder with a back-up prior to updating and all is back to normal.

You can pick up my old modules versions from the debug info provided.

Thanks and hopefully you can figure this out since I'd like to stay up to date! 🙂

In case you ask - I did try different versions of the core from latest to the one I have in my backup, but it didn't help.
I think the issue lies within the modules since replacing the plugins folder with a backup ultimately fixed it.

Best,
D.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Have you or the website users noticed any errors or warnings, when the file uploads failed? They can be on the screen, in the browser's console, or in the server's error log.

We haven't received any other report about a similar issue after the recent updates, so this can be something specific to your website.

Can you please share temporary admin login details and the steps to test the form, so that I can see how it is set up in the admin area? This will help in reproducing this on a test website.

We'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
