That is strange.
Can you please delete the existing site key and then try to follow the following steps.
- Make sure you have installed and activated the Toolset Types plugin. You can download it from your account's download page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Once you installed and activated the Toolset Types plugin, navigate to:
Plugins => Installed Plugins and locate the Toolset Types plugin and click on the "Register" link.
