[Resolved] Kayo theme missing icon with Toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

When Toolset Types is installed with Kayo theme, the themes back to top button arrow icon is displayed as a rectangle box.

Solution:

Kayo theme is using Font Awesome version 4, please try these in your website:

I am trying to:
When Toolset Types is installed with Kayo theme the themes back to top button arrow icon is displayed as a rectangle box.

I expected to see:
arrow and other icons
Instead, I got:
rectangle box

It is a compatibility issue with other theme, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, also point out the problem URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Thanks for the details, it seems the Kayo theme is using Font Awesome version 4, please try these in your website:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General,
in section "Font Awesome", enable option "Toolset should use Font Awesome 4 (4.7.0)"

2) Clear your web browser cache, and test again

It works fine in my localhost with your duplicator package, see my screenshot
