I am trying to:
Create a Layout (or Content Template) to show the data a costum type (Locais)

Some static text for now, that i inclued on the Layout, Should display on the central area below the pub.
Instead, I got:
Nothing there. I'm using Newspaper Theme by tagdiv, and i want only to integrate on the content area since the theme is not fully integrated.
There are several known compatibility issues between the Newspaper theme and Toolset. At this time, it's possible to use some Layouts functionality with native WordPress Pages, but custom post types are not currently supported. Unfortunately our developers have determined that it's not currently possible to fully integrate with this theme, since it uses a non-standard way to output the post content, instead of the standard the_content().
So if i use Pages, with added fields via Types, i can do the implementation that i want?
Some features of Layouts work for native WordPress Pages when you use the Newspaper theme, but I can't say for sure because I'm not fully aware of what you want to do. I just tested with a Visual Editor cell and I was able to insert some custom field information successfully, but this theme is not fully supported so I do not have a comprehensive list of what does or does not work.
Try it out, and if you run into issues, feel free to open tickets and we can investigate each problem independently.
