But I uploaded the site to the server, and I have the same problem. You fixed it on the server live, and it's working live.
But I have a steel problem on the local server, and I am not able to continue developing a site on the local server.
I need to develop the site on the local server before I upload it live.
Conclusion:
The original issue was about the login form not displaying, and you fixed it on the server, but the problem is still on the local server there, where I would like the problem to be solved so that I could continue with the development of the site.

I did everything as in the toolset course description and controlled everything many times and started developing the site from scratch 3 times, and as you see, the site is very basic, but the problem with the login is still present.
On Post Types tab - for the "Pages" can you please checkmark the checkbox "Managed By Access" and click on save button and then check if you able to see the My Account page on post group?
Man, so simple you should explain it in the toolset course so that we know; otherwise, I spend a week just for seconds of button problem-solving.
