Dear Xavier,

I can not duplicate same problem, I suggest you try these in your website:
Deactivate other plugins and switch to original Toolset Starter theme, and test again.

Hi Xavier,

I'm Mohammed. the Toolset support team leader.

I just checked your issue and found that there is an extra style added to your HTML that prevents the page from scrolling.

I see that the html tag has a style

    overflow-y: hidden;

There should be some plugin or the theme adding this.
