Hello,

I have a Cred form (for a postype) and face the following issue :

After validation, the form does not succeed (I have to rotation of the Gif rotation near to the button, but nothing change (no redirection to the cart page).
What is stranged is that the post is created and the product has been added to the cart but the page integrating the Cred form is still running !
Here is the error I'm getting in the console :
TypeError: response is nullfrontend.js:256:6
success hidden link
jQuery 5
success
i
fireWith

c

Any idea?
Regards
Pat

Hi Pat,

I'm not sure what other plugins you have installed but could you temporarily disable them and try this process once more?

It could be that another plugin in interfering with the normal operations of our forms.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Pat,

Thank you for running the tests.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the page where I can see this issue ?

The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Pat,

Since you are redirecting the user to the cart page it would perhaps be better to disable the AJAX submit for the form.

If this is disabled the form should submit normally.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

You're right. By disabling the ajax button, everything is fine now.
Many thanks.
