Tell us what you are trying to do?
Basically we just need to add additional user logins to the accounts. We need multiple users to be able to have access to the account (with the one login or their own logins - whichever is possible) so that when one person leaves a position there is still another person within the business that has access to the account.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
This but I think its old https://toolset.com/forums/topic/creating-a-user-sub-account-inside-of-the-existing-membership-dashboard/page/2/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset plugins, you might consider custom user roles feature of Toolset Access plugin, see our document:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/setting-up-custom-roles-for-members/

So users in same user role have the same permission and can do the same task in your website.
