Tell us what you are trying to do.

Well, I have certain product taxonomies being created. 100s of products have been already assigned these taxonomies.

These taxonomies were created by the CPT UI plugin.

But now I have installed the toolset and this plugin doesn't recognize them as product taxonomies. Toolset only shows "categories" and "tags" as taxonomies.

How can I move the taxonomies from CPT UI to toolset so that it can be managed?

Also, are there any side effects that I need to take care of ? For example, If the taxonomies are moved will all the products get detached?

Hello,

I assume we are talking about plugin "Custom Post Type UI" download from:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/

I have tried it in a fresh WP installation, it is possible to migrate the custom taxonomies under Toolset Types control.

Please try these:
1) Activate plugin "Custom Post Type UI"
2) Dashboard-> CPT UI-> Add/Edit Taxonomies,
Find and edit your custom taxonomy, take a screenshot for your custom taxonomy settings
3) Deactivate plugin "Custom Post Type UI", activate Toolset Types plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
click link "Download Toolset manually"
4) Follow our document to create a new taxonomy with same settings of step 2), and test again

Hello, that's too naive advice and I didn't expect it to be that kiddish.

If I follow your advise what would happen to 100s of products being already assigned taxonomies by CPT UI?

I will need to assign them nanually again?

No, you don't need to assign them manually again.

See below test site.

It works fine after recreate the same taxonomy, you can try to switch from "Custom Post Type UI" to Toolset Types plugin.
