Is a paid key required for the test site as well?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am using Toolset (custom post types, custom fields, custom taxonomies) on my WordPress site. I would like to replicate this site to another server for development and testing purposes. Do I need to purchase an additional paid license key for this?

This is an email to be sent to the WordPress plugin vendor.
I struggle with reading English comprehension. I rely on machine translation.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

You don't need a separate license or site key for the testing/development website. A site key for registration is only needed for the production website, where you'd like to update the Toolset plugins automatically.

On the testing/development websites, you can install and update the Toolset plugins manually.
