Invalid site key

This support ticket is created 5 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: register my website. I already added the domain hidden link into Toolset. But when I use the same key in my website to register, it says "Invoid site key for the current site"

I am doing copy and paster, so there is no chance of mistake.

I can create you the temp login access, if required.

Hi Leonard,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Can you please make sure that the site key was generated using the exact same address ( hidden link ) which is set in your WordPress settings ( WP Admin -> Settings -> General )?

I'll suggest to delete the existing key and generate a new one, using the address set in "Site Address" field.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
