Invalid site code for this site.

This support ticket is created 3 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I try to register Toolset in the plugin settings with the key I copied from my account (List of My latest Sites). When I add/ paste the key in the toolset plugin, I get the following message: Invalid site code for this site. How can I fix this?

May I kindly ask you the exact URL are you trying to register? Please to make sure that it is the same one that appears in the Settings -> General -> URLs fields. If it is not, just follow these steps:

- Go to https://toolset.com/account/sites/
- Find the key of your affected site and erase it
- Create a new key (remember, use the same URL that appears in Settings -> General), and copy it
- From the WordPress dashboard navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial, Click on "unregister the site" on the right top next to Check for updates
- In this same plugins panel, click under the “Register” button below Toolset plugin
- Add your new Site Key copied above

It should be solved after this. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
