I've been asked to take over a website that utilises Agentbox for their commercial real estate listings. They use Agentbox because it feeds directly into realestate websites (realestate.com.au / domain.com.au). Their current set up apparently automatically populates their website FROM agentbox. In that, when they list on agentbox, it copies the information over to their website.
From a quick google, I found a plugin Easy Property Listings which works with REAXML? I've asked them if there's a way to have their import feature to link through to Toolset custom post types, and while they said it is, they directed me to their pages for customising theme templates.
I really like Toolset and am familiar with it, so am wondering if you can answer if there's a way to take the data on Agentbox and populate Toolset Custom Fields without having to enter in listings for both sites.

I'm not familiar with this space at all, but I looked at the links you shared.
The root question is whether real estate listings added to Agentbox can then update the listings on the client website?
The easy property listings plugin seems to be more of a complete solution for providing the whole listings component of a website that can import such data.
But you want to use Toolset, set up listings posts types and all the related fields and taxonomies yourself, and bring the data in from Agentbox?
If Agentbox makes the data available in XML format then you should be able to set up your data structures with Toolset and then use a tool such as WP All Import Pro to map the XML data to your listings posts in your WordPress site. (See hidden link)
In which case Easy Property Listings wouldn't be involved, it looks to me like you would use Toolset or Easy Property Listings for your site rather than both.
