Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to install a demo site. After I click install, the site files are downloaded but then I get an error message for the next step: "Cannot unpack demo files"

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It seems like the Zip extension is not enabled on your server. You should contact your hosting provider and ask to enable it on your server. User interfaces such as cPanel have a setting page to enable PHP extensions, check it, and enable zip extension.

Otherwise, we can migrate your website into our online platform and test on it, if it works, then we could assume that the server is failing to unpack a zip file.

Let me know what you will get with your hosting provider's help. Or if you want us to migrate your site into our platform and continue testing.

My host wasn't available to help me so I tried a few different demo sites and one ended up working!
Thank you.
