Hello again. My question is again relevant and maybe you can suggest some kind of solution so that you can insert a link into the visual editor iframe or YouTube.
The fact is that it is very difficult for our users in back-end (yes, there are still such people and there are many of them).
Our task is to make a website with easy front-end edit. Cred form for post is powerful and have only the name of the record, WYSIWIG editor and category selection.
But unfortunately they don't have enough text information and need to insert an iframe or a link to a video.
I tried this solution https://toolset.com/forums/topic/field-for-embed-youtube-video/ but it didn't work for me, iframe tag not shown in allow list.
Also i see embeded video field in custom field, but they can use only in out of my wisiwig editor and we need video wrap the text.
Is it possible to make a button with a shortcode on the control panel to insert a link. all users will be registered and assigned special rights.
Thanks for any answer and any help.

Hello,

Please elaborate with more details for the questions:

Is it possible to make a button with a shortcode on the control panel to insert a link. all users will be registered and assigned special rights.

What kind of button do you want?
What do you want the button output?

I need to test it in my localhost, and check if it is possible with Toolset plugins, thanks

Hello Luo Yang
I mean button in wysiwyg editor i'll install TinyMCE and them have button - add video hidden link but if i insert youtube link hidden link after publication video not show hidden link. As i understand it insert iframe with youtube link and them not allow.
I'll try plugin advanced iframe and they don't work. I understand it's made for safe from front-endб but maybe there is a way around this problem for the special user role and only for them.
Thanks for any help it's very important for us.

The Embeded media is built-in feature of WordPress, you don't need any custom codes.

For classic editor, you can try these:
Click button "Add Media" of your screenshot:
hidden link
choose "Insert from URL", and fill the youtube video link
See screenshot add-media.JPG

For Toolset Forms, you can edit your post form, in section "Settings", enable option "Include the Add Media button in the rich text editors from this form", then your user can see the "Add Media" button when fill the form in front-end.
