Tell us what you are trying to do?
insert a cred form in php page
Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/cred-shortcodes/#cred_form
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/inserting-a-cred-form-with-php/
Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Francisco,

Have you checked the browser's console to see if there are any errors/warnings?
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/ )

I viewed the page that you've shared ( hidden link ) and it is showing without any content inside.

If the form is not showing on the development website, with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, you're welcome to share it's temporary admin login details for further troubleshooting.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
waqar

Hi there

Waqar is on vacation, let me step in.

I read through the ticket and I'm not sure if the original issues displaying the form with a datepicker are resolved? And whether you have a new issue about search results updating when users type in the search box?

If that's the case, Toolset doesn't include any such functionality, you would need to provide a custom solution for that.
