input field button doesn't work

Hi, Shane is out for the remainder of the week and will return on Monday. I wanted to jump in briefly since you asked for a status update. From what I can see, this ticket has been escalated to our developers and placed in their queue for resolution. Unfortunately I do not have a timeline for delivery available.
