I am trying to: add an input field button in a form (in the back office profile ) and when i click on the button nothing happens (no window to look for a file)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a window to select a file or an image

Instead, I got: nothing in several navigators (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)

Hi Silvia,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again as this might be caused by a plugin conflict.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Silvia,

That is strange. Perhaps an error is being generated on the page.

Would it be possible for you to provide admin access to the site as well as a link to the page with the issue so that I can have a first hand look ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Silvia,

Could you try these fields on another user type?

I tried them on the admin accounts and it works on that account.

It could be an issue with the account itself.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I created a fiel called TEST and i attribuated to the profile "customer"
you can check with the same 2 account to test yourself the problem remains the same.

I think that is a permission problem if for the admin is fine (on my side is working too)

I cannot change the role of this people as this role is attribuated by anther plugin called amelia that allow them to manager their appointments.

Hi Silvia,

This is a role that is created by another plugin correct?

Could you confirm this for me so that I can have some clarity going forward?

Thanks,
Shane

Yes the role " amelia emplyee " is generated by a plugin called Amelia

and I tried the rôle "Customer" native role of wordpress to check if the issue was the same.. and it is..

See the users role on this print screen

(can you make this answer private please)

Hi Silvia,

It is definitely a permissions issue with the roles that this plugin creates.

It's not giving the users access to the media library. I've tried adjusting the permissions in Types to allow the user to gain such an ability but it till does not work.

What I would do right now is to get in touch with their support to see if there is a way that we can edit this role so that it can have access to the media library.

Thanks,
Shane
