[Resolved] Importing with repeating field groups

I am trying to follow this tutorial https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/export-import/how-to-import-content-into-wordpress-using-csv/import-csv-ultimate-csv-importer-plugin/importing-repeatable-field-groups-when-using-the-csv-importer-plugin/ to import post of custom post type 'Reps' with repeating field groups "company contacts"

but when i do so, none of the repeatable field groups are created or populated.

To make a test, can I delete your existing posts from your Reps post type? Is that OK for you?

I've try to import the last file you shared that is having only 3 records and I can see its successfully imported.

Can you confirm that import works now and you see those three records which was added to CSV file.

the csv in my comment does not work for both repeating groups ( contacts and branches), you need to add another parent group column, but then it works. either way My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
