Tell us what you are trying to do?
When someone goes to the profile page I have created using custom posts there is a "Message Me" button. I have integrated the "Message Me" button using a popup module; however, when I send the message it does not seem to be picking up the author ID from the page in spite of having inserted the code snipped into snippets to require it to do so. I suspect this is because I am using Oxygen builder and possibly the author archives are not enabled?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/2018/11/introducing-toolsets-communication-system-for-professional-listing-sites/
Is there a similar example that we can see?
On my website.
What is the link to your site?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well, it may be caused by Oxygen Builder, but I can't tell without checking it further. I need more details about the implementation to tell for sure if it's caused by Oxygen Builder or not. Would you allow me temporary access to check this closely? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
Please provide the link to a profile page, and I'll continue from there.
I confirm that the credentials are working. I visited a page archive, but I could not see the Message me button.

Can you provide more details? Where can I see the "Message me" button?
It would be better if you explain the current process in steps:
- Login as xxx
- Go to URL xxx
- Click on xxx
etc.
This will avoid me trying to guess which may be incorrect and may lose us, both, time.
No need to provide additional credentials, I can reset any user's password from the backend.
Hi Jamal,
I think I may have figured it out, the problem was I hadn't been creating the profiles as an author profile but as another type of post. I will let you know if I have more issues.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
