Hi, I'm not sure why that would be happening. Can you try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views. Activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem was not resolved, I'll need to take a closer look.

still the same issue.

Is this site online? If so, may I log into the admin area to see the problem more clearly? Please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.

Okay thank you, I can see that this image is not resized properly in wp-admin. I'm not quite sure why this would be happening. Do you have FTP access? I can see there is an error_log here and I would like to download it:

However, I cannot access it from the front-end of the site, there is a 403 forbidden error imposed by the server. If you want to give me FTP access you can do that here, and I can download the file. Otherwise, I need you to download it and post a copy on Dropbox or Drive so I can see it.

Okay, thank you. These messages do not indicate a problem with image resizing so I do not think they are related. Please go to Toolset > Settings > Custom Content tab and take a screenshot of the Images settings area so I can see your configurations.

heres the screen shot: hidden link

Okay thank you. I think it would be best for me to log in to wp-admin and create a clone of the site so I can run some additional tests. This will help me figure out what's going on. If that is okay with you, please give my User admin-level permissions for wp-admin and I will get started.

Thanks for your patience, I have asked my 2nd tier support team to do some more investigation here. I will let you know what I find out.

#1369135

Hello, our developers have informed me that the fix for this issue will be included in the next version of Types. I don't have any information about the release schedule just yet, but I'll keep you posted here. Thanks for your patience!

#1380983

Just a quick update to let you know Types 3.3.7 has been released and is available for automatic update or download. Feel free to open a new ticket if the problem is not completely resolved, and we can take another look.
