Tell us what you are trying to do?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I'm getting this error when trying to download the updated version:
Update package not available

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Do you see any errors or warnings on the Toolset installer support page?
{yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support

If your website is using a very old version of Toolset plugins, you'll have to update the plugin manually first.

1. Please deactivate and delete the Toolset plugins from the admin area.
( your Toolset settings and data won't be lost )

2. Next, visit the Toolset downloads page ( https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ ) and download and install the "OTGS Installer" plugin.

3. After this plugin has been activated, you'll be able to activate the Toolset site key ( https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/ ) and install other Toolset plugins from the admin area.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar
