This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The iFrame I insert in a layout is having a horizontal scroll bar.
Solution:
It is not a issue with Toolset.

I have an Iframe within a Visual editor cell in Layouts which always displays an unwanted horizontal scroll bar now matter what my setting for the iframe are .
I have tried different width parameters for the iframe.
I have tried different width parameters for the source object within the iframe.
The iframe ALWAYS extends over the right-hand edge creating the scrollbar. How can I get rid of the scrollbar ?
