i want to show a cred form depending on other previous filled form

i have two cred forms to add new posts.
i've created two post types, A ans B. B is a child of A.
one cred is for A and one cred is for B.
i would like the user to have two-step proccess adding information to the site.
I would like that after add A cred- transfer the user to B cred, and that the B post will be connected to the just-filled A post.

is that possible?
