I have all my post organized in categories and sub-categories and multiple categories.
It is a directory that should allow search by industry or trade AND by country.
A post can be in category "country" and also in "industry/trade".

I would like to know if i can "import" the existing classification of categories/sub cat - that is to say can I only build a search tool using taxonomies that already exist ?

I don't think I found something about that on the website.

Thanks a lot !

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - do you mean to say you want to import taxonomy terms from another source?

Yes I guess that's what I need.

Well - there is no such native feature.

Please check following Doc that may help you. You may try to use WP ALL Import plugin to import taxonomy terms.
