Hi
Apologies for keep bombarding you with support requests. With the Tiltrak car classified adverts website we also wish to have a marketplace shop allowing vendors to upload and sell items via their own marketplace account like Amazon or eBay for example.

However, when you create the vendor account for the client in WC Marketplace (see screenshots) they are unable to add a product or upload any media (the buttons are not active) see screenshot the input field is greyed out?

I have reviewed the Access control permissions panel and allowed 'vendors' to publish along with also checking the WC Marketplace permission settings permit the process of uploading and adding products.

Both panels are now set to allow product uploads etc.. into WooCommerce - but the WC Marketplace still does not work? Is this a clash with Toolsets.

Any help is appreciated. I've been trying to fix all afternoon with various attempts - but had no success. I can provide admin access and WC Marketplace vendor access if required by sending over the username/password details.

cheers

Paul

Dear Paul,

Since it is a compatibility problem with "WC Marketplace" plugin, and I don't have a copy of it, I am not sure if it is a conflict issue.

Please check these:
1) Deactivate Access plugin, check if the problem is fixed,
2) If the problem still persists, it might be other conflict issue in your website, you can locate it by deactivating plugins and switching theme to default theme 2019
3) If the problem is fixed, please provide a copy of your website
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
also describe detail steps for how and where I can see the problem as you mentioned in screenshot:

I need to test and debug it in my localhost
