When accessing the Toolset settings pages, I receive the errors shown in the attached screenshot

I know this image was resolved in Toolset Blocks 1.2.2 but I have Toolset Blocks 1.3-beta1 and also the error is being reported for:
- toolset-dynamic-sources/v1/dynamic-sources
- toolset/v2/search-posts and
- toolset-views/v1/views/(?P\d+).*

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The issue is already addressed with Toolset Blocks stable version 1.2.2 as you can see with the following errata page:
=> https://toolset.com/errata/wordpress-5-5-update-triggers-php-notices-in-toolset-blocks/

We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

Do you see the same issue with latest stable version of Toolset plugins?

I activated debugging and could see various error messages appearing when editing field groups, adding fields, etc.

As per a separate ticket, I also could not set up a repeating group without a fatal error.

However, the issue appears to be due to the site running on a multisite install. I know this because I have replicated the site on a standalone install and have had no errors whatsoever.

I will close this ticket although the problem remains unsolved with multiple errors appearing running the latest stable versions of the Toolset plugins on a multisite install on an Nginx server (hosted on Kinsta).
