[Resolved] I noticed that the "Use my location" button does not work

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, it seems to work for me when I'm logged-in using credentials from another of your tickets, but not as a guest user (screenshots attached before and after allowing location access for the browser). My guess is that this has something to do with another plugin. As a test, can you try activating a default theme like Twenty Twenty One and deactivating all plugins except Types, Blocks, Maps, and the SSL plugin? If the button works then for Guest users, try reactivating the theme and other plugins one by one, testing each time until the problem returns. If activating any specific plugin causes the problem to return, let me know the plugin and we can discuss how to proceed. My guess is it could have something to do with GDPR, but I don't want to jump to conclusions.
