[Resolved] i need to display submit button and draft button in the same post form

Well - there is no such way to add two submit buttons but you can add radio field which will hold the post status and user will be allowed to chose appropriate status.
For example - try to add the following code to your form just before the submit button:
Can you please share your exact requirement - as I understand, if the user selected status as draft - the post should be added as draft and if user selected published, the post should be added as published. Is your requirement is different?
if it still does not work - please share access details with all required information about your issue.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
