Is there any documentation that you are following? Yes, but the documentation shows the example in which the search form takes you back to a page, not to an archive.

If I understand it correctly, you want to have the Immobili search placed in a different area of the site and when the search is triggered you want it to be redirected to the archive page and show the results in there, correct?
You'd be able to do that using pages, but I'm afraid this feature is not available with archives.
