I have problem with registration

This support ticket is created 6 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I registrated type in hidden link but it ask me new code for updating ,
You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin.

same problem with hidden link

Hi, please go to hidden link and click "Annulla la registrazione di Toolset da questo sito". Then go to https://toolset.com/account/sites and delete the current site key for favilleo.com. Create a new site key for hidden link. Copy that site key and return to hidden link, and register the site using the new site key.

If you continue to experience update problems, I will take a closer look.

Hello,
before I have done 3 times that activity. Now It works without my intervent.
Maybe there is some cache sistem that it give problem.
