Hi Loek

You need to use Access to control who can use front-end forms.

Are you doing that?

This page describes how: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/controlling-access-to-front-end-forms/

Could you please review that.

If that account for the problem, please let us know.

I use Access.
I granted access to every visitor customer but nobody can submit a frontend form.

Hi there,

I am confused, do you want the visitors of the website to be able to submit forms or not? If yes, then you need to give access to GUEST users to be able to create post if you are using a post form.

Please get back to us with more information on how you set up the form and which form it is.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi Loek,

I spent some time with no success.

I asked for a second opinion and I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.

Thanks.

Hi there,

I have an answer from the second-tier support. This might be a conflict with another plugin or the theme of the website that you need to check by following the steps below on a copy/staging version of your website.

Please do not perform the steps below on a live website

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.
